LOCUM GP’s - GENERAL PRACTITIONERS REQUIRED

We have fantastic opportunities available for locum GP’s to join well-established practices in all regions across England; vacancies for newly qualified and experienced General Practitioners.

We are recruiting for short term and long term temporary contracts, out of hours sessions and short notice cover at your local practices. Some positions could lead to permanent posts.

Current requirements in and around Oxfordshire, London, West Midlands, N & S Yorkshire, Suffolk, Norfolk, Cheshire, Wiltshire, Essex, Surrey, Cambridgeshire, Shropshire, Essex, Kent, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Merseyside, West Sussex, Herefordshire, Staffordshire, Lincolnshire, Tyne & Wear, Worcestershire, Hampshire, Cumbria, Northumberland, Lancashire and Jersey

The surgeries are looking for additional GP’s for 4-8 sessions per week, working alongside a team of GP partners and support staff.

Requirements: 

-General Medical Council (GMC) registration (basic requirement)

- National Medical Performer Number

- GP registration / CCT

-Minimum 1 year clinical experience

-Enhanced DBS clearance

-Own transport (preferable but not essential)

Vacancies: Full-time, Part-time, Locum Contract, OOH

The set-up is as follows:

  • £300 - £400 per SESSION (9am -12.30pm AM session; 2pm -5.30pm PM session)
  • Sessional rates dependant upon level of experience
  • 4-8 sessions per week available
  • Flexible sessions
  • NO ON CALL
  • NO HOME VISITS
  • Full in house System training and induction training provided
  • Travelling expenses will be covered in accordance with current guidelines
